Ordinary editing and the required steps of an ordered result remain included. A new extra output needs its own confirmation. Standard workload limits are shown before submission; oversized jobs are refused or quoted separately.
Creative Tools, explained.
What counts as one run?
One standard output from one asset or action. One full blue colourway is one output, regardless of the frames within its supported workload. Three colourways are three outputs. PNG, GIF and ZIP representations of one result do not add runs.
When do included runs refresh?
Under the confirmed local policy, paid-plan runs refresh each subscription service month, including annual plans. Tool runs do not roll over, transfer or convert into Credits. Free includes three lifetime runs. Ordinary Credit expiry follows its own terms.
What happens after my included runs?
Review and confirm the exact Credit cost before another standard output. A three-output request with one included run remaining would use one included run plus 10 Credits. There is no automatic cash top-up.
Do Free tool runs unlock downloads?
Free generated derivatives remain preview-only until eligible paid download access is unlocked. Promotional Credits do not buy membership or another AI-video trial. Your uploaded originals retain access.
What if an output fails?
Reserve the quoted split once. Charge only verified output units saved for review, and release failed units. A partial batch settles only its successful units in the quoted order. Reopening an existing exact result is free.
Are tools unlimited on paid plans?
No. Paid plans allow unlimited editable-project count within storage and security limits. AI generation and optional tool outputs still use their disclosed allowances and Credits.

- Confirmed model errors, timeouts, empty results, or unreadable files return the task’s reserved Credits automatically.
