What this record covers
This page describes the current MotifDeck product policy for account information, project files, task records and the browser-based tools on this site. It is written for the public preview and will be completed with the company, jurisdiction and processor details required before production launch.
Account and workspace data
We keep the account, project, task, entitlement and transaction records needed to provide the workspace, protect access to project assets and answer billing questions. Payment details are handled by the secure payment flow when billing is enabled; MotifDeck should not receive full card details through its normal product forms.
Google sign-in and browser storage
Google sign-in supplies an account identifier and basic profile information, such as your name, email address and profile picture. MotifDeck does not receive your Google password.
Essential cookies maintain the sign-in session and protect the verification flow. Browser storage may hold drafts, interface preferences and a random device identifier. Clearing site data can remove local drafts and require you to sign in again; it does not itself delete saved account records.
Services that process your request
The confirmed hosting design uses Neon for database records and Cloudflare for private file storage and media processing. A configured AI service receives the prompt, relevant project context and reference media needed for the requested conversation, image or motion task.
Those services have their own processing and retention practices. The final production provider list, applicable settings and disclosures still require launch review. No fixed provider deletion period or model-training exclusion is promised in this draft.
Private references and outputs
Uploaded references and generated project assets remain private unless you take a product action that makes them available to someone else. Private files are not added to public examples by default.
Do not upload material that you do not have permission to use. You remain responsible for your references and for deciding whether an output is suitable for a game, a client or a public release.
Important: The formal training, retention and processor settings are still awaiting launch review. This page does not make an unverified promise about model training or a fixed deletion period.
Product analytics
When product analytics are enabled, MotifDeck records a limited set of fixed interaction labels, the page path and a random browser identifier so we can understand where the product is confusing or incomplete. These events do not include your prompt text, selected image, file name, email address or URL parameters. When you are signed in, an event may be linked to your account; account-linked analytics events are removed during account deletion.
Sprite Tools upload selected files to the site's configured sprite-gen runtime so it can process them. Job files and task records may be stored so you can return to a result and download the outputs. Product analytics events do not include the file contents. This page does not make a retention promise for any external provider.
Abuse protection
To prevent repeated welcome-credit abuse, MotifDeck may keep privacy-preserving hashes of a claimed sign-in identity, device and network signals. A hash is a one-way technical marker: it is used to compare a later claim, not to recover the original identifier.
We do not use an account deletion request as a way to reissue a welcome credit. The exact safeguards and retention schedule require the same formal review noted above.
Your choices and requests
Before public launch, MotifDeck must publish a verified privacy contact and a working account-data request route. Until those are in place, this preview cannot promise a response time or a particular deletion outcome.
Where applicable law gives you rights to access, correct, export, delete or restrict personal data, those rights are not reduced by this page. We will verify a request before acting on it to protect account security.
Changes to this record
If the product’s data practice changes materially, MotifDeck will update this page with an effective date and, where required, provide notice through the product or the account contact channel. Please read the published version that applies when you use the service.
