The practical rules for using MotifDeck, from choosing a reference to reviewing the asset you export.

Using MotifDeck

By creating an account or using a MotifDeck tool, you agree to use the service lawfully and only through the available product flows. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us through the published support route if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

This public draft is not a finished contract. The contracting company, governing law, dispute process, eligibility rules and required notices must be completed by a qualified legal review before production launch.

Your references and instructions

Upload only references you own or have permission to use. Do not use MotifDeck to infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, or to create unlawful content.

A creative brief, a chat message or a draft is not an instruction to spend Credits. It can change the next proposal, but it does not change an accepted asset, an existing charge or another person’s project.

AI models and service providers

MotifDeck is an independent AI game art workspace. Creative text planning is configured with DeepSeek V4.1 Flash. Image creation and editing use a GPT Image route supplied by Agent3 under the service label GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst (configured model identifier: gpt-image-2.5-sunburst). Character animation uses xAI Grok Imagine through OAIREGBOX (grok-imagine-video), followed by frame extraction, cleanup and editing.

Model and version labels identify the configured provider routes. They do not imply a direct service contract with a model developer or endorsement of MotifDeck. Outputs from these routes are AI-generated and require your review; availability can change. File conversion, frame selection and exports that use deterministic tools are not additional AI models.

Acceptable use and prohibited content

Do not use MotifDeck to request, generate, upload or distribute any of these six categories:

1. Pornographic or sexually explicit material, including sexual NSFW content.

2. Graphic violence or gore, or content promoting serious violence.

3. Hate speech or attacks based on protected traits.

4. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized minors or other child-unsafe content.

5. Deepfakes, impersonation of a real person or misleading use of their likeness.

6. Content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights.

These rules apply to prompts, reference files, generated results and content shared through MotifDeck. Upload a real person's photo or voice only if it is your own or you have their permission. Real-person face swapping, nudification, fabricated speech or actions, and synthetic intimate scenes are prohibited even where consent is claimed. Fraud, harassment, illegal activity and attempts to bypass safety controls are also prohibited.

Content review and enforcement

The model services handling a request may reject unsafe prompts or outputs through their safety systems. When a safety signal or user report is received, MotifDeck reviews the relevant prompts, reference files, generated results and account activity as needed. A person assesses reports and possible false positives. Automated safeguards cannot guarantee that every unsafe item will be detected.

Depending on the facts and applicable law, we may reject a request, warn the user, restrict access, remove a hosted result, suspend or terminate an account, and preserve or report evidence where required. Content review does not automatically refund a payment or change a Credit balance; purchase refunds and task Credit releases follow the published Refund Policy.

Content reports and appeals

Report suspected violations, impersonation or infringement to support@motifdeck.com. Include the relevant account, project or task link, a description and evidence you can lawfully share. Do not send child abuse imagery in a report.

We review reports, may request more details and take proportionate action. The same support address accepts appeals and requests to review a possible mistake. Do not access another user's private files to collect evidence.

Projects, access and sharing

You may use the workspace only for projects you are authorised to manage. Do not try to access another user’s assets, history, downloads or account data. A project or asset remains private unless you deliberately use a sharing or publishing feature that is available in the product.

Quotes, Credits and confirmation

For a supported paid task, MotifDeck should show the applicable Credit cost before work begins. Changing a billable item such as the tier, task type, quantity or frame count requires a fresh quote and confirmation.

Refreshing a page, repeating a request or receiving a delayed callback must not create another charge for the same confirmed task. Exports and repeat downloads that the product marks as free do not create a new generation charge.

Generated results

Generated results can vary and may resemble existing work. They are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, available for every use or free of third-party claims. Review every output before placing it in a released game, commercial project or client delivery.

You are responsible for deciding whether your use of a result is lawful and appropriate. The Asset License page explains the current product-level usage boundary; it does not replace advice from an intellectual-property professional.

Service limits and failures

A task can queue, time out or fail a required technical check. MotifDeck will report the actual recorded state rather than treat every creative preference as a technical failure. A new creative direction is a new task, even when you do not keep a previous result.

We may limit or suspend access where needed to protect the service, accounts or other users, or where use violates these rules or applicable law. Any formal suspension, notice and appeal process must be completed in the production terms.
